Baniyas Shopping Center Project included all decorative items for the two main
buildings in the shopping center.
Through value engineering and innovation, Specast introduced a new system of
GRC Cornice which included a gutter system pre-casted with the cornice. This led
to the elimination of all steel structures needed for installation and acted as
a support for the aluminum gutter section.
The Baniyas Shopping Center Project included:
• GRC Cornice 1000 Linear Meters
• Window Frames 1400 Linear Meters
• Decorative Borders 400 Linear Meters
• Columns 133 Nos
This project was executed in 2.5 months for supply and installation, finishing
ahead of schedule.
